Can membership expiry automatically stop access?

Yes. When a membership expires, the member's access is restricted automatically until the membership is renewed.

Yes. Members can check in with a QR code, and QR check-ins are recorded together with biometric attendance.

Can I track gym payments and dues?

Yes. Every payment is recorded against the member, and you can see today's collection, today's due and each member's outstanding amount.

No. Connecting SMS and email is free. SMS and email credits are bought separately, and only if you want to send messages.

Yes. Our technical team can migrate your existing member data or upload it for you.

Does HamroFitness work with a barcode scanner?

Yes. Standard barcode scanners are plug and play, so they work with HamroFitness without any extra setup.

Is there a limit on the number of members or users?

No. HamroFitness has no limit on the number of members (clients) or users.

Yes. Keeping your gym's data secure is part of how we work. HamroFitness runs in the cloud with strong security, and each staff member signs in with their own login and permissions.
