The terms that apply when you use the HamroFitness website.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the HamroFitness website, which is operated by Encode Nepal Pvt. Ltd., Kupondole-Jwagal, Lalitpur, Nepal ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What this website is for

This website gives information about HamroFitness gym management software, biometric attendance, door access control hardware and related services, and lets you request a demo or contact us. You may use it for lawful purposes, including to evaluate HamroFitness for your gym or business.

3. Software and hardware are covered by a separate agreement

These Terms cover the website only. Your use of the HamroFitness software, biometric and access control hardware, installation, training, support and any other paid service is governed by the separate service agreement, quotation or invoice between you and Encode Nepal Pvt. Ltd.. If that agreement conflicts with anything on this website, the agreement applies.

4. Information and prices on this website

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Features, hardware models, availability and prices can change without notice, and some features may depend on the plan, device or setup you choose.

Prices shown on the website are a guide and are not an offer that you can accept. The price, taxes, what is included and payment terms for your gym are confirmed in a written quotation or agreement from us. If there is a mistake in a price on the website, we are not bound by it.

Customer stories, examples and results describe the experience of particular gyms. Results at your gym may differ.

5. Demo requests

Booking a demo through this website is free and does not commit you to buy anything. After you submit a request, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable time and format, which may be online, by phone or in person depending on your location and our availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular date or time. Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you.

6. Intellectual property

The HamroFitness name, logo and other brand features are trademarks of Encode Nepal Pvt. Ltd.. The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, images, videos, screenshots and software, belong to Encode Nepal Pvt. Ltd. or are used with permission, and are protected by the copyright, trademark and other laws of Nepal and other countries.

You may view the website and print or save pages for your own use when evaluating our products. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, modify or distribute any part of it, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

7. What you must not do

When using this website, you must not:

  • Submit false, misleading or someone else's details in our forms, or use the forms to send spam, advertising or abusive content
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its admin area, servers or database, or to other people's information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website, for example with viruses, malicious code or excessive automated requests

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal in Lalitpur or Kathmandu.
